As Most Bookies Predicted: Pack Win!

Written by Super User on Thursday, 24 February 2011 10:59. Posted in NFL Coverage

Superbowl is over and the packers win ! , what a great game and what a great win for the packers bunch. let by the incredible game of quarterback Aaron Rodgers, who all the playoffs played out of his mind (as he did all season long) elevated his game and brought home the Lombardy trophy once again.

Most odds makers and Vegas bookies gave packers the edge. as most casino online websites did, and wright-fully so. Battled all season with key players going down with injuries the Superbowl was no different, with standout corner Charles Woodson and veteran receiver Donald driver also injured, but all that didn't matter to the pack and their great humble head coach Mike McCarthy who guided the group to a wander full season.

The pack now has a core group of players that can carry them into the future with a chance to win multiple super bowls, mostly because of their great super quarterback, who can take any diffidence apart with his precision and poise. my guess is that by the time all said and done, the new Packers will hoist at least tow more, and that's an incredible run to be.

Courant Latest Sports News - Uconn Preparing For Rutgers

Written by Super User on Friday, 31 December 2010 11:57. Posted in Sports Extras

Uconn are practicing and preparing for Rutgers, last time we heard about Uconn - they were celebrating in Austin, Texas at the Erwin Center.

There is great excitement towards it, Jeremy Lamb is being replaced by Niels Giffey as shooting guard in the starting lineup, Jeremy Lamb wasn't at his best in Texas and didn't make a good impression with just 4 points in the Notre dame although he made a three pointer on the first possession of Ucon, I am sure he will get back to himself after some rest and a vacation and remind us who he is, he will probably be placed in a position he is still strong at and will be very valuable, Neils Giffey is expected to give offense and is very comfortable and good in defense - Uconn and all others are counting on him to do a great job.

Fantasy Football Redraft League - Unlike The Real Thing

Written by Super User on Sunday, 28 February 2010 11:54. Posted in Sports Extras

In football there are leagues in which the various football teams play. In a league, there is anywhere from eight to 16 teams. In Fantasy Football, there are basically three different types of leagues which the players can choose from with Redraft league being one of the three.

For new players, Redraft league is considered to be the fairest of the leagues as it does not handicap new players- giving rookies the advantage. Each player starts the season with a clean slate and the team is built from scratch. Fantasy football has swept the nation with many football enthusiasts getting in on the action!
